Stats are as follows...
Height: 31 inches (50th %ile)
Weight: 24 lbs 2 oz (50th %ile)
Teeth: yes, she knows how to use them...
Attitude: seriously sweet & sassy
Ava has been slightly bigger than Leah was ever since her 1/2-lb-bigger birth weight. However, I just looked back at Leah's 18 month check-up and they were the exact same height! (Ava weight 4 lbs more which is ALOT according to my back.) This was so interesting to me because I have had to skip a whole box of Leah's fall/winter clothes and shoes which I had saved. All Leah's old tops and dresses at this age looked like crop tops and mini dresses on Ava. So big sister has her daddy's long legs and lil sis seems to have my Susie-short-legs. (Or if your glass is half full... She just has a longer torso...)
Ava Curley is ahead of the curve with all her developmental milestones. (Thanks to watching big sis and having very little fear and absolutely NO impulse control!) As happy as I am to have a healthy, fast growing toddler... I just wanted a BABY for a little while!!!! Ava is grew up too fast. And I was robbed!
After she was all checked-up (and boy was she mad about it!) it was time for a finger-stick and some immunizations.

She looks like her daddy sometimes...

Leah was worried about her sister...

And then it was big sister's turn... Leah opted for the flu-mist, as expected....

So then we rewarded ourselves with ice cream and playing. There is a chick-fil-a near our pediatrician's office with an outdoor playground! On a nice weather day, it's the best place to be in our whole world. :)

The littlest Curley is the curliest of all!!

Thank you, Lord, for healthy babes.
